My card has been stolen can I get a new one?

If your card has been stolen and you have a crime reference number that you can provide then submit a request in the top right hand corner of this screen or drop us an email at apprenticecard@totum.com including the crime reference number and your current address.

If you don't have a valid crime reference number you will need to purchase a new one by logging into your account and ordering a replacement.
